Total garbage feeling run. Haven’t slept well for days, calves ridiculously tight and angry about NE running up the score on my 6th grade girls last night.
HR was bad too, 171, worst in awhile
Did 10 laps around the track and tried to push alternating ones, didn’t have tons of push but didn’t okay. I was really puffing up Garfield and home
Glad it’s done. Bad days happen
