2 days off...Friday on purpose, Saturday lazy (we had a bball game in the mroning so I dragged my feet), weather was awful this weekend too so wasnt' going outside to run on ice, finally went to Y.

After 1st mile, did a strong 1/4 mile at end of every mile, increasing pace every mile. Mostly did z2 otherwise though hr is higher on the treadmill and heat

Laps are off, so ignoring them, was about 0.08 short overall
