Cold and hurting. Feels like 4 degrees , it was rough. The hamstring is also really hurting and seems to have shifted up. Starting to wince more than sore. Trying a compression sleeve today which left a nice rash, bah
Glad it’s over. Going to build in some more rest this week and maybe hit the bike
