Phew, another cold windy one. There is a decent chance I’m coming down with another cold, not fully recovered from the 3+ weeker, let’s hope it’s just a bad day. Really want to not be sick for the 1 miler on Sunday night, am really looking forward to that. Did 5 WU then alternating 3/5 min intervals with 3 min recoveries. Similar to last week.
