Woo, I got to pick my long run 4 miler.
Another tough one. Had a meeting at 8 so got out early but it was already 76 degrees, oh Erie.
Also I decided to race one down and back with the 5/6 girls bball team and stretched things that I hadn’t since May, bad idea. It was sore immediately and I was quite worried about a setback
Overall hopefully it’s just little sorer than usual but it was pain free on the run so phew although discouraging it’s been over 3 months and I still can’t properly go full boar.
Any who, hot run thru vineyards, it’s getting boring but feels necessary still. It’s a challenging loop with some hill at the end of a lap.
