Cold abs legs were dragging today. Took forever to get started bc of a missing glove (ahem Sarah moved it and got a sweat hug after my run as revenge hehe)
HR continues to be relaxed at 161, cadence is dragging a little at 169 but I’m not too concerned about that right now. It’d probably be wise to build an extra rest day this week, perhaps Tuesday.
