This was a rough one, I blame the 1 miler, heat, starting too fast, etc etc, this one just crushed me
Skipped walk breaks until 20 min, then walked quite a bit more the rest when I needed to, longer than 1 minute typically
Halfway 34:40 so 2nd half was over 40
