Phew this was hard though gorgeous windy weather. My body and legs are just tired, nearly walked a few times. Probably too fast , I intended to take this easier but hit the wind at the back and some downhill and it wasn’t much effort to get into the 8s for awhile
May take an extra day off this week either tomorrow or Tuesday. Weather is going back down tomorrow too.
30.5 for the week, maybe try for less next week
