Good run after the hilly 7 miler Thursday and biking yesterday
Pace was quite good
Tried to focus on breathing, the average was 168 HR which is pretty good for warmer plus faster though it was above that for most of the run. Tried a 3 in/3 out on strides but definitely hit a wall with about 1.5 to go and it went to a more labored 2/2 as time went as it peaked at 189
