Almost took another day off to test the ankle but decided to hit up the track instead bc I’m a dumb runner.
It’s hanging in there, I did 3 laps then a hard one throughout, until the end when I did 2 Z2 then hard then a cooldown
Ran those fast laps around a 7 minute pace or slightly less so good sign
Things are tender but holding on , beautiful morning
