Notes

Was planning today off after yesterday’s and legs still blah oh and we gorged on fried stuff last night (funnel cakes, Reese’s, Oreos, elephant ears) oh and an adult slushy and I was awake from 2-5:30a haha

So I did the loop for the second time and that was smart. Started off around 925 but hit the hill on Davison and dropped it down to 8:45 and kept going

Solid! Should build in an extra rest day this week so it’ll likely be tomorrow or possibly Tuesday
