Brrr, the cold just won’t go away but I did the shorts long sleeve and gloves and it was fine minus the first vineyard stretch through the wind.
Good run after yesterday, did a loop through vineyards and did some minute pushes a few times throughout.
HR was an amazing 153, how do I bottle that up? Cadence has been a little lower lately, 168
