Fantastic run, super pleased minus the aches and muscle pulls ha
Did 1 mile light and 1 mile harder throughout and it worked awesome. Felt better than last week with a faster pace, longer distance and lower Hr by 6 avg . Kept getting those odd miles at mid 150’s and decent clips, definitely making progress
More laps on the track ,last mile was up Garfield so even more impressive
