Rough one. Just sluggish throughout. 3 nights of bad sleep, stress from anti maxxers while I coach basketball and Annie coming during 2/3 nights bc of thunderstorms.
Got it done though. Humidity got to me too and it downpour the last mile which was actually kinda nice
HR 170 max 186 cadence was a fab 175
