Not bad at all. PT slowed me down, kinda. 8x 2 run/1 walk at the track on the turf just on the inside of the track which did have some sections of track. Bc of the walking I ran faster on the segments and had some really good paces. This may end up helping more than just running to build speed.
Considering the pace was under 10 and 8 min walking.
Best pace was 7:32 and a lot of my segments of 2 were in the 8 minute range. Also got insert for shoes. Also it was 69 degrees so very nice.
Quite pleased with this.
