Notes

Had some issues with this one. Tried some different breathing method I’ve been tinkering with which I basically made up so not sure if that’s good haha, breathing in with the nose and out a few times with mouth. My HR of 149 tempted me though I only did it a few times then. Doing it consistently crushed me and was dead tired in miles 2/3. Even had to stop before I hit the 3 mile mark when the HR was 163 haha. (Just looked at 2nd mile was 169 yikes) Went back to normal for the rest and did take one more break at about 1.4 to go. Overall HR was 167 cadence 173
