Just an awful feeling run cardio wise. Took a day off and a lack of sleep bc WVU had to make a late night 19 pt comeback in the last 11 minutes so I barely slept.
Also had crisis room this morning and didn’t eat well and therefore ate lunch right before I ran
Hopefully that explains this one, actually had to stop twice my upper chest was so messed up
