Phew! Did some 30 second intervals in the cold. Did 5 minutes around a 9:10 pace then for the rest of the run did 30 on/off the throughout. Did take an extra 1 minute recovery after 10 minutes at bottom of Davison. Definitely ran out of gas at the end.
