Slushy run with some ice etc. just a chill cruise run with a last 1/2 mile push. Wind back was rough and did an out a back so that raised the HR, first half went well though. Tweaked the left hammy prob from bball on Tuesday so that stinks, hopefully short lived. Pushed pace from 9:34 to 9:27 during last 1/2 mile
Did 1/2 mile further than planned so good good
