Feels like I've regressed a ton in the last 2 weeks
Just totally body fatigued before I even start these days
Wind on way back was rough, walked for a minute aroun the 30 min mark (4th mile)
Halfway around 24:41 so 2nd half in 24:24
1: 9:39.1
2: 10:00.8
3: 9:50.4
4: 10:09.3 (included walk)
5: 9:25.5, phew
