Longest one in 3 months - and it was rough. Took 4-5 walk breaks but got through it, actually took the water belt thinking I may do 8 but to my credit I kept going. Started going all the way up Davison from
Garfield but that list wasn’t a grand idea and didn’t go all the way. Felt the Hr climbing and well let’s say having yesterday donuts and then fish Fry and then Andrea brought home shamrock shakes near 9pm isn’t a combo for success ha
Quite a bit colder today too but the wind wasn’t horrible, all in all a good job
