Well this weather was GROSS. Ice pellets throughout, just comical. Also, they sting.
5 min WU, 6x2:2 speed/recovery, 5 CD. I did throw in a 1:1 twice to max the hills on the 5th turn. Still the same number of minutes planned
Peaked at 6:46 pace. Definitely some scary turns on the ice and wet but did just fine. Good run and Hr never approached 190 which is cool
