pretty happy with the time, another 4 days off and only 8 days until the Great Race.
rainy and windy...first 1/2 was a little over 4:30 which was ambitious obviuosly. 1st mile around 9:50, 2nd mile well over 20 and with a mile to go I was at 21:38 so finished last mile at 9:45 :)
