felt really bad the whole time...legs are just tired...and oh yeah I still suck at mile reps

doubted whether i should do the workout from the start, but as an athlete I didn't want to quit...finally Coach Ness stepped in and put an end to the suffering

heal was still pretty painful...one of the worst wounds i've had in a while
