base line workout for a sprint study... this is supposedly a VO2 max test
did laps around the gym to warm up
then did 20m runs back and forth until I couldn't keep up with the beeps any more. I think I did a good 2k's worth before I screwed up. i wasn't really worn out at all and I didn't think I had missed 3 beeps but i guess I did.
just a wild guess on the time and distance totals.
