Notes

"Stride" weights and jumps workout

I didn't do the sprints or strides at the end because my butt is still really sore from Monday. The only option would have been short accelerations on the basketball court which is what I'm doing tomorrow anyway. I felt very strong today with the weights but didn't have any hops. I was conservative with deadlift. I also shoveled snow for about 40 minutes yesterday.
