chilly out, light rain toward the end
true medium effort, surprisingly felt really good
25:01 out with downhill splits of 6:18 and 3:06 for a half
came back in 24:57 with uphill splits of 3:10 and 6:41 (wind picked up a lot and blew in my face the whole mile)
did 3 in and out sprints afterward...1st one felt slow last one wasn't great but decent
my calf has been feeling funky lately, the same one that has been funky all year.
i think it is partially do to poor recovery after the long run, but that wasn't completely in my control.
at least it didn't bother on the run.
