could definitely tell i have not done this for a while.

i think it necessary to do this once in a while to keep a strong stride and make those 5 min paces feel easier.

this was very hard.

I would like to know what my body fat % is. i think i as trim as i have ever been. hopefully that is an indication of my fitness.
