felt beat up and tired...calf was fine, back of knee didn't feel as fine

need more food, water and sleep

first 2 miles in 14:39

last 2 miles feeling better 14:00

I'm guessing the parts in the middle were slow because the Park area is very hilly

did three accelerations afterwards in the grass that felt pretty terrible

cold bath afterwards was also terrible
