debated whether or not I should even do something fast and just like last week I wish I hadn't
had to run in lanes 2 and 3 because the storms have really screwed up the mat in lane 1
just wanted a tune up of 3 sets of 2 x 400 with 1st set 70, 2nd set 66, 3rd set fast
after the 5th I decided my best bet is just to rest as much as possible
I'm still pretty shocked I got to this point
my training wasn't outrageous in any way
I'm pretty worried that I won't make a recovery...only time will tell
