I don't know what is wrong. Cut this just 9 miles short...figured this was doing more harm than good. My lower legs just feel exhausted and terrible in everyway. Too much like earlier in the summer when I completely crashed and burned. My legs have had no power at all for the last full week. I don't understand why i can't recover at all from anything. My diet is descent, I'm sleeping pretty good, icing anything that doesn't feel good, stretching a fair amount. I just want to be able to train instead of doing shitting feeling jogs everyday. 2008 is without a doubt the worst year of running i have ever had. I spent more time taking shits, and hydrating this morning than I did actually running.
