wu 2 miles 14:49 on the xc course
cd 2 miles 15:51 in town and on the track
mostly with Erik.....felt awful
last mile of the cool down was interesting. the band was playing the nbc olympic theme and the cheerleaders and "high-techs" were doing a timed mile. the best guy was pretty well over 6 minutes.
