a few weeks ago this would be an effortless easy run. today it required some effort. i have lost a lot of fitness.

the achilles is about 99% right now. if i'm careful this week then it shouldn't be an issue anymore afterwards.

I'm really disappointed with how slow the course is coming around. there have been some improvements but other places have gotten worse. it should be really nice once it is finally finished. ran around the soccer fields after some loops on the course.
