felt extremely beat up and beat down
originally planned to do 4 x 600 @ 1:39 with 2 min rest
new in the first rep that wasn't going to happen
I did want to get at least a little pace work in
I'm pretty surprised the training I've done has demolished me for the second time in a few weeks. i don't think i've done anything crazy or super hard.
but hopefully I can get my legs back under me by the 4th
