felt really good on the 200's, very relaxed and pretty easy

the 1600 was a different story

took 200 walk rest for the 2's and the same before the 16 plus a chit chat with the other Eric

did a set of drills immediately afterward

just want to get general all around fitness before going full tilt marathon

very pleased with my speed
