ran the DC Road Runners 20 miler in Alexandria
ran bandit just to get a long run in and some official at the end gave me crap but i wasn't about to pay 40 bucks
shoes were wet at the start of the race and got wetter
first 5 with Erik in 33:06...thought about going 10 with him but i was feeling like crap so i backed off and just ran 7 min miles the rest of the way. actually felt really bad up until about 9 miles in then i was okay
course was on small rolling hill after another was actually rough in a few spots but nothing major
Erik ran 2:10 for 5th
