3 sets of 200,200,600 @goal mile pace. Wanted to run 35s a 200 the first set, then try and cut down the next two. I could have run that last 600 faster, if I was working out with Caleb or someone else stretching me out faster I would have hit it. This Saturday I'll be ready to go. Just need to let myself go.
