I'm doing a new upper body workout, one designed to reduce the slouch in my shoulders. Based on measurements taken at the suggestion of Men's Health, I have a pronounced slouch and these exercises are supposed to help. They are supposed to take 4 weeks. I'll give them six, since I'll be doing them only twice a week, and we'll see what happens. After one workout, my shoulders are pretty sore, which I take as a good thing. I'm doing them in a circuit so I can do each twice.
