Notes

My runs are now where I want them to be effort-wise. I add time each week, and it works very well. I don't worry about speed, just RPE and time. Time is governed by where I am in my progress, and RPE is feel, and each run has felt great now for the past couple of weeks. I should be a 3-mile runs by the end of the month. Once I get each run to 5 miles, I'll add a day. Once I get to 3 miles per run, I'll take a break and get back on the bike and start building that up. I'm getting there; all it takes now is a little patience and discretion. Don't try to do too much, but also don't take it easy.
