Notes

There was a lot of anger, therefore a lot of adrenaline in my workout this morning. It felt kind of good to get that out of my system, but I need to be careful about adding weight. It may have been the extra adrenaline. In any case, I have happened upon a circuit workout that may stimulate fat loss. I'll try it again next week, doing 2 sets instead of one, and see what happens.
