Did these exercises in supersets:
Split Squat/lunge and shoulder pushup
lunge and throw, glute bridge, and v-up
Pushup, crunch, jumping jack, prisoner squat, and Mountain climber - this superset was all 5 exercises in a row and see how long it took - got 50 of everything except mountain climbers - may move prisoner squats to 2nd place - this took a little over 4 minutes to complete
