Notes

Did a couple of things differently. Changed up the circuit for chest-shoulders-triceps to chest-back and put shoulders-triceps together. Also tried some different exercises for some muscle groups. The bad news is when I started the second set of dead lifts, I lost concentration and thus form, and pulled my lower back muscle very nicely. It's pretty sore and uncomfortable right now.
