Notes

Rest was 3 min after reps 1 and 2 and 2:30 rest after rep 3. Original plan was to do 5 x 1k but I was feeling shitty so I reduced the workout. Prob wasn't feeling it do to a mix of dehydration, hotter temperatures, and the fact I've only had about 500 calories between last nights workout and now. Will start to focus more on interval work and let my races be most of my interval work.
