Mine falls trails.
Revelation:
Left shoe always wears on the left part of the forefoot, been like this for at least since spraining the ankle 2 years ago. Been listening to the sliding or scuffing when landing. Either the supporting muscle in the front shin is weak, stretched or i have been unconsciously favoring the forefoot to protect the heel/Achilles. I think this, paradoxically, has been causing an overuse injury to the Achilles, also been dealing with heel pain. Today I found that I can dorciflex the left forefoot equal to the right. Amazing, could feel the difference. Mid-foot landing and it felt more like when i barefoot. Will begin strengthening the long shin muscle and try some KT tape meanwhile.
