Allergies kicked my butt. Also legs felt leaden in second and third sections--need more tempos. Happy to have maintained good order and finished.
Mile Pace Goal
1. 6:53 6:50 fine
2/3. 6:47 6:45 fine
4. 6:28 6:25 fine
5. 6:42 6:30 took fluid but leaden feel started
6. 6:48 6:35 not fine, rough patch but managed to keep going
7. 6:57 6:35 felt better at beginning but was toast
8. 7:05 6:35 ugh
9. 7:13 6:40 ....
10. 6:50 6:40 at least I rallied proud without a fake sprint to finish.
