Strategy was to start very relaxed for 2M, race last 5K.
1M (downhill) 6:11 Minimal effort
2M (uphill) 6:35 Easy
3M (down then up) 6:37 Easy--Maybe too easy
4M (uphill) 6:20 Focused, still pretty relaxed despite big hill
5M (downhill) 5:52 Actual racing profile. Felt ok. Huge sprint--maybe too much left at end?
