Notes

10x400m on the treadmill w/70 second (200m jog rest). 42 first 200m (5:36 pace), 40 last 200m (5:20). Felt decent, but fast, but everything on the treadmills feels fast. Cranked it up to 5:27 and 5:15 for the last one and felt fine. Building back slowly. Indoor is going to be used to get back into shape and then looking for PRs during outdoor. It'll be my first real outdoor season since freshman year (stress fracture sophomore year and abroad last year).
