2 x 1 mile, 50m on (stride), 50m off w/3:00 jog rest between. Legs were not feeling great, shins have been a little sore today. Might do a little run and cross train tomorrow.

Dropped a bit on the second, but I honestly felt pretty thrashed, but didn't let the main group get too far from my reach which was cool to see.
