Notes

2 sets of 6x300m hills with 4x100m backwards hill running at hss pace (turned out to be around 5:20-5:25)

ran all of the 300s between 60 and 62ish and burned my quads pretty hard on the backwards workout. Shins felt alright until the cooldown. Have been getting some treatment for them as I guess my calves are super tight which in turn is pulling my shin muscles off of the bones. Shit sucks.
