Notes

right after swim workout in the morning. Eck has us doing swimming in the morning because we can't run outside when it's this cold out and he wants us to get good thursday tempo runs in, but doesn't want us on the treadmill for a really long time. 15minutes @2%, 10 minutes @0%, starting at 7:47 and increasing the pace one click every minute down to 5:56. Legs felt heavy from the start but I hung on and felt decent.
